Returns

Ellie Ellie accepts returns within 14 days of receiving your orders and we're happy to accommodate returns with STORE CREDITS.

We want to make sure that your shopping experience is as smooth as possible, so we encourage you to carefully consider your choices before completing your purchase.


PLEASE NOTE:

Shipping and handling costs cannot be refunded.

Customers are responsible for covering domestic/international return shipping expenses.

Ellie Ellie reserves the right to deduct return shipping costs from the refund if an order is incorrectly marked as "Return To Sender."

 

Exchanges

At Ellie Ellie, we're pleased to provide size exchanges for purchases if requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Sizes exchanges can only be made for the same style.

Products must be exchanged in a saleable condition i.e. clean, tags attached, in original packaging. Any products that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted and be returned automatically to the customer.

Exchanges are subject to availability once your return arrives at our warehouse. 

Prior to sending back for size exchange, we kindly ask that you contact our customer support at info@ellieellie.com.au. Please note that any uncommunicated exchanges will not be accepted.

We are unable to process exchanges for orders that have already been exchanged. Please carefully consider and review sizing information before placing your order.

Ellie Ellie reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the 14 days return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

 

Exchanges/Returns Process

To create a return/exchange, please kindly follow below steps.

Kindly include your order number in the subject to ensure a prompt and accurate response. E.g. Exchange/Return Order number#12345

Please wait for response from us which will outline the next steps for your return/exchange. Also kindly ensure you check your junk box.

We recommend using a registered and trackable method of return shipment and note we do not accept liability for lost returns.

Original shipping charges and duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Postage charges for returned/exchanged items are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Sale

Please note, sale markdowns cannot be retrospectively applied to previous orders.

All orders must be processed at the price agreed to at the time the order was placed, and we are unable to make changes to orders as mentioned in the check out and order confirmation email.

 

Final Sale

Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible to be returned/exchanged unless the product is faulty. We kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase.

 

Faulty Items

Faulty items are rare, but when they occur, please email info@ellieellie.com.au with subject Faulty items.

Please note that you will be required to upload an image and provide further explanation of the issue so that our customer support can resolve it as soon as possible.

Processing Time For Returns/Exchanges

We usually process your requests within two business days.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your request to be processed when peak period.
